Heike’s passion is leadership and executive coaching as well as delivering training programs supporting team alignment and creating a one team culture.

Heike successfully combines her International work experience with her organisational coaching and facilitation of training programs.  She has been coaching and facilitating  / training over 20 years in Europe, Australia, Middle East and Asia.  Heike has successfully coached and trained hundreds of directors, senior executives as well as middle management and juniors, in areas such as oil & gas, mining, engineering, construction, law firms, government, luxury markets, and finance.

With many years of global work experience in companies such as BMW and financial institutions such as City Index and E*trade, Heike uses her practical knowledge and applies it to her coaching and facilitation.  Her enthusiastic, intuitive and down-to-earth style inspires senior managers and executives to achieve their best performance and to enjoy their professional and personal growth.

Heike has helped many people transition into larger leadership roles, improve their communication skills to other stakeholders and being part of a successful team. In 2004 Heike was nominated “Business Women of the year” in Europe. Work in global companies and travels around the world have enabled Heike to co-operate and communicate with people from various cultural backgrounds and different career levels. Heike coaches and facilitates in English and German.

In her spare time Heike enjoys travelling and ‘me time’ in nature. Some of her personal journey highlights include trekking the Himalayas in Nepal, Machu Picchu in Peru as well as walking through the Amazon Rainforest in South America.

Heike is a living example of how someone can achieve anything they aspire in business and life. She has lived in several countries, earned a degree whilst studying in a second language, created a flourishing career and travelled the world independently. Heike helps people and organisations to deliver sustainable results.
